Governor Mark Dayton announced the appointment of area residents to separate boards. 

    Robert Schmillen of Granite Falls was reappointed to the Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy. His term will expire on January 5, 2015.

    Robert Schmillen of Granite Falls was reappointed to the Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy. His term will expire on January 5, 2015.
    Warren Formo, also of Granite Falls was appointed  to the Clean Water Council
His term, will expires: January 5, 2015 . He is filling a seat previously held by  State Rep. Paul Torkelson.
    In addition, Gary Wertish of Renville was appointed to the Rural Finance Authority board of directors effective June 30, 2011. His term will expire on January 5, 2015. He is filling a seat previously held by Susan Meyer.
    Gov. Dayton also announced that Adrienne Haugen of Olivia was appointed to fill a vacancy on the Commission of Deaf, Deaf Blind and Hard of Hearing. Her term will expire on  January 5, 2015.
