A public "listening session" is being organized on Tuesday, August 7 at The American Legion from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. for local area residents to gather and discuss how to build sustainability in the Upper Minnesota Valley region. The session will take the form of an "open space" meeting where those that show up set the agenda and lead the discussion. A summer meal (provided by Bootleggers) will be served at 5:00 p.m. with the formal meeting beginning at 6:00 p.m. The event is free, but pre-registration is required by calling 1-877-269-2873 or emailing: firstname.lastname@example.org by August 2nd.
