This program is occurring all over Minnesota and is an excellent way to not only benefit the environment but to also assist disabled people and organizations across the State. Individuals at the Canby Developmental Achievement Center will separate the lights and plastic from the wire and dispose of all three in an environmentally safe manner.
Non working Christmas light strands, old or new including LED strands are acceptable material. You can keep giving for and after Christmas, avoid having these strands ending up in the landfill, and dropping them off at Clarkfield City Hall, Granite True Value and Economart or either of the schools; it’s that easy!
