    The Sting just couldn’t bag an Eagle in the hunt for win No. 2. Not to say they didn’t come close—at least winging it—in a five point loss, 56-51, Tuesday night to the Lac qui Parle Valley Eagles in Madison.

    The Sting just couldn’t bag an Eagle in the hunt for win No. 2. Not to say they didn’t come close—at least winging it—in a five point loss, 56-51, Tuesday night to the Lac qui Parle Valley Eagles in Madison.
     
    The Sting stormed back in the second half of this game cutting a 34-23, 12-point, lead by more than half in the second frame.
    Big man Logan DeBlieck turned in his best performance of the season leading the Sting with 14 points. Meanwhile, teammate Blake Lindstrom had 13 points 5 boards and 6 assists.
    The Sting will next test a beatable Benson team in a home game next Tuesday as they continue to hunt for win No. 2.

    YME, now 1-9 overall and 0-7 in the West Central Conference, was led by Blake Lindstorm's 13 points. Logan DeBlieck added six points and six rebounds in defeat.
