  •     Meagan Siemieniewski, 16, passed away Friday, March 8, 2013, as the result of an automobile accident near Granite Falls.  
        Funeral services were held Wednesday, March 13 at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Sacred Heart with burial at First English Cemetery in Sacred Heart.      
        Meagan Elizabeth Siemieniewski was born November 2, 1996, the daughter of Wayne Siemieniewski and Lisa Ahl, in Willmar. She was baptized at the First English Lutheran Church in Sacred Heart in 1997.  
        Meagan loved horses, wrestling, volleyball, swimming, camping and fishing.  She was a three time first place state wrestler and also participated in the tractor pedal pull from age 5 to 11 in the state, national and international levels. She loved the holidays and spending time with family and friends. Her family remembers her as smart, funny, beautiful, helpful, a big heart and a mind of her own.
        Meagan attended the Alternative Learning Center in Montevideo, from which she was going to graduate this year.  She had plans of attending Ridgewater Community College in Willmar. Meagan worked for Dairy Queen in Granite Falls for the last two years.  
        She is survived by her mother Lisa (Carlos Mendoza) Ahl of Springfield; paternal grandparents George and Sonja Siemieniewski of Sacred Heart, maternal grandparents David and Jean Ahl of Atwater; great grandmother Joan Krouth of Sacred Heart; siblings: Tyler, Nicholas, Allyson, Joseph, Alexander and Ray; special friend Vincent Garvick and numerous extended family and friends.
        She was preceded in death by her father Wayne in 2004; grandmother Dolores Frank; three great grandparents and her aunt Alta Grandquist.
        Arrangements were with the Wing-Bain Funeral Home.
