Ina Raske was born on November 30, 1923, in Willmar to Andrew K. and Martha (Christianson) Hansen.  She grew up on a farm near Willmar where she enjoyed riding the hay wagon with her dad. She was united in marriage to Ralph Raske on August 22, 1946, at Ebenezer Presbyterian Church in Renville. Following their marriage, they lived in Renville and Ina worked at the RenVilla Nursing Home for over 30 years.  They later moved to Alexandria and they joined the Covenant Church and it was there they made many new friends.  Ina most loved preparing a meal and sharing it with her family and friends.  She enjoyed Bible Study, quilting, flower gardening, reading and getting cards, and visits from her grandchildren.  Her faith in Christ was the central part of her daily life.  Easter was her special holiday along with gift giving at Christmas.  If you talked to mom today she would tell you to always trust your faith in God and live by it.
Survivors include her sons and daughter:  Kevin ( Marilyn) Raske of Alexandria,  Cathie (Blake) Wrigley of Fargo, ND, Curt (Sue) Raske of Leander, TX, and Tim (Alex) Raske of Yorkshire, England; 12 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and one great –great grandchild; and other relatives and friends.  She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Ralph; her grandson Shane;  four brothers; and one sister.
