  •    I have come up with an analogy. For starters I want to thank whoever thought about the big flags on the poles, I’m very thankful of seeing those flags instead of Christmas decorations.  Ha Ha. I was thinking about how everything has been financially, our lives are almost like the Minnesota River at the dam.
I went to the dam and noticed the water running hard and fast, basically rushing. Sometimes we have to rush to the store to pay $1.79 for a loaf of bread or $1.99 for one green pepper or $3.99 for a bag of potatoes or to pay $4.09 a gallon for gas. I wonder what a can of beans and a skate board will cost. The Democrats cannot decide to raise minimum wages to $9.50 an hour. Some of the produce does not look all that fresh in the stores, some bathrooms are looking like a grease monkey was in there too. The toilets are a different story as well, but the water starts to slow down.
By the park, whenever you look on the other side of the bridge the water is still and tomorrow is another day. I guess we still have to move forward even if we do not feel appreciated. Jobs are hard to come by. Employers are being picky of who works and who don’t. Lighten up while you still can. The gas prices might go down but not minimum wages. Thank God, Good day.
