Clarkfield Care Center has received the 2014 Customer Experience Award from Pinnacle Quality Insight, a national healthcare customer satisfaction measurement company.
Based on surveys of residents and families, Pinnacle gave its Customer Experience Award to the Clarkfield Care Center for overall customer experience and overall satisfaction, as well as for thirteen specific rating categories: cleanliness, quality of food, dining service, response to problems, activities, admission process, professional therapy seviers, treatment/ dignity, safety and security, individual needs, communication from facility, laundry service and recommend to others.
“We are extremely proud of this award,” said Murray Finger, interim administrator of the Clarkfield Care Center. “It shows how much trust and confidence the residents and their families place in the services and care we offer, and it is a reflection of the commitment and expertise of our excellent and dedicated staff.”
By qualifying for the Pinnacle Customer Experience Award, Clarkfield Care Center has satisfied the rigorous demand of scoring in the top 15 percent of Pinnacle’s national benchmarks across a 12-month average. Over the course of 2013, Pinnacle surveyed a sample of Clarkfield Care Center customers and their families in monthly telephone interviews that include open-ended questions, as well as the opportunity to rate specific categories.
The Clarkfield Care Center, which has been managed by Ecumen since 1987, places a strong emphasis on ensuring that the individual needs to every resident are met. The center, owned by the City of Clarkfield, offers long-term care, assisted living, home care and ambulance service.
