Lee-Mar Ranch Equine Center, Inc. and MN Valley Riding Academy have been providing therapeutic riding services for children and adults with disabilities for seven years. Because of our great community support, we have been able to provide a safe and fun learning environment to continue our mission. The benefits of horseback riding are numerous, providing participants with physical, emotional, and mental gains. We have serviced over 60 clients with the help of over 70 program volunteers and 2 therapeutic riding instructors.
For seven years we have “Raised the Roof” with the support of our community and surrounding communities. Through donations, we have held live and silent auctions, gun raffles, music, and socialization with families and friends.
This year we are taking another path. Just in time for Valentine’s Day, Lee-Mar Ranch Equine Center plans to continue to Heal Hearts with our new Healing Hearts Dinner Event. The event will be held on Saturday, February 10th, 2018 at The Rock (formerly Bootleggers), Granite Falls, MN. The evening will consist of a dinner for two with a plated meal of Prime Rib or Chicken and Ribs, wine, speaker Mike Kutzke, door prizes and music. The largest door prize includes a $1000 Bursch Travel voucher, there will also be prizes such as massage packages, tools, Twins tickets for the Sky Box, Tanner Aus autographed sign, and much more. Single tickets can also be sold. The Healing Hearts Dinner tickets can be purchased from Lee-Mar Ranch members or call the number listed below.
Along with the event, Lee-Mar Ranch Equine Center is also holding a Four wheeler Raffle which will be drawn the night of the event. We will be raffling off a 2018 Polaris Sportsman 4 wheeler and two generators. The raffle tickets are $20.00/ticket.
We would love to have you join us for an evening of a great food, door prizes, raffle, speaker and music! Please call 507-828-0526 for event tickets, raffle tickets, or any questions.
All of us at Lee-Mar Ranch Equine Center; our therapeutic riding clients, families, the board, and all who use the facility thank you for your past and continued support.
