After the match was rained out Monday, the Sting got the chance to play Marshall on a sunny Wednesday afternoon. Three matches went into tiebreakers. Macie Sik battled back from a 0-6 loss in the first set to win the 2nd set 6-4, and won the tiebreaker 10-7. Whitney Tennis won her match against Gionna Parsa 6-1, 6-3.

Coach Fjermestad reported, “If we had won all the tiebreakers, we would have won the match. We were competitive. It’s still early in the season, so we have some things to work on, but we’re about as good as we can be right now.”
