Nearly 16 months after causing the death of a 64-year-old Montevideo man, Harley William Hatch, 21, of Montevideo, was convicted of second-degree man­slaughter and sentenced to up to 60 months in prison by Judge Thomas Van Hon at a plea/sentencing hearing in District Court in Granite Falls on April 16.
