Twenty-three attend first ever class

Paul Drees is shown during the Cocktail Making class he hosted on Friday, February 17th at The YES! House. There were 23 people who attended the class and they made three drinks total (a gimlet, a whiskey sour, and a rum gimlet). Drees said, “Making cocktails is just another form of creativity. We’re all artists, and this is just one way to create something beautiful. Ultimately, mixing cocktails is about hospitality for me. It’s about showing a guest that they’re worthy of something ephemeral and beautiful. They are worth the time I put into the drink.”
