On Saturday January 18th, Clarkfield musician Betsy Pardick performed for a crowd of over 40 people. This was Pardick’s first time playing at Bluenose Gopher Public House in over a year and her first solo appearance, “I’ve always played in bands with others, I don’t typically play alone. I had a residency at the YES! House last year and I have a goal to play more music by myself,” said Pardick. She was joined on stage by Malena Handeen on accordion and Damen Tesch playing acoustic guitar throughout her performance. Handeen and Tesch took to the stage during Pardick’s intermission and again when they finished an encore with Pardick.
