Students participate in service project

Residents shared their gardening expertise and guided the students as they worked together. After planting, students visited with the elders, sharing stories and enjoying each other’s company. Cookies and lemonade wrapped up the visit. The experience was a way for students to give back to the community and build connections across generations.
