A large crowd gathered at Bluenose Gopher Public House Friday evening as local band Flute Loops, featuring David Kelsey Basset, Oak Kelsey, and Darwin Dyce took the stage for a free concert. Local musician Mike Gill brought along his saxophone to add to the show in an improvised performance as well. During the show, the band premiered their song in homage to the Popcorn Stand, written by Darwin Dyce. The next free event at Bluenose Gopher Public House happens Thursday, February 15th when comedian Nathan Fulsebakke takes the stage beginning at 6:30 p.m. Photo by Jessica Stolen
