Carolyn “Toots” Frederickson, 97, of Granite Falls passed away on Saturday, April 9, 2022, at the Clara City Care Center. The family is planning a committal service for later this Spring. Arrangements with Wing-Bain Funeral Home.

Ramona V. Flack, 87, of Willmar passed away Friday afternoon, April 1, at the Fairview Southdale Hospital in Edina.

Mark Edward Laechelt

Mark Laechelt was born July 20, 1958 at the Clarkfield Hospital in Clarkfield to Merlyn and Alice (Wick) Laechelt. Mark was one of six children. As second to the youngest, he and his little brother Merle were always getting into some kind of trouble. Mom knew, when it was too quiet, that they were up to something.

Arlene L. (Sell) Sebring

Arlene L. (Sell) Sebring, 87, formerly of Granite Falls and Glencoe, passed away in Elk River on April 6, 2022. Arrangements are being made for a memorial service in late May/June at Dare’s Funeral Home in Elk River, MN. 763-441-1212. www. daresfuneralservice.com.

Lila Senora (Olson) Mauland

Lila Senora (Olson) Mauland was born on February 15, 1926, in Swede Prairie Township, Yellow Medicine County, to Lars G. and Serine Louise (Martinson) Olson. She was baptized at Israel Lutheran Church, also of Swede Prairie Township. She grew up near Clarkfield and graduated from Clarkfield High School in 1943. On May 29, 1948, she was united in marriage to Herbert Mauland of Cottonwood at Israel Lutheran Church. They settled on a farm by the Yellow Medicine River in Normania Township, Yellow Medicine County. They were blessed with seven children.
