Salmon Croquettes 2 cups flaked salmon 2 tablesoons fat 4 tablespoons flour 1 cup milk 1 teaspoon salt 1 egg 3 tablespoons mixed onion 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 cup bread crumbs Make a thick white sauce with the fat, flour and milk.

Some rain lingering into the weekend

Temperatures continue to be below average for this time of the year. Parts of Minnesota once again saw some light rain and some light snow on Sunday as a weak surface low pushed across the region.

Avera announces upcoming leadership change

Avera Health Last week, Avera announced that President and CEO Bob Sutton has made the difficult decision to step down due to a recently diagnosed serious medical condition that requires an intensive treatment regimen. Sutton’s last day at Avera will be September 30.

Yellow Medicine County 4-H program enrollment up

At Tuesday morning’s meeting of the Yellow Medicine County Board of Commissioners, Yellow Medicine County U of M 4-H Extension Educator Alicia Webb was in attendance to provide an update on the programs 2022 activities.
