Many people only stay on hold one minute or less, 71 percent of those surveyed speed to get somewhere quicker, and in a single setting American binge-watch on average seven TV episodes. Interestingly, this was a bank survey, and they used the data to develop and create their digital business to be quick and efficient, knowing how many minutes or seconds people can tolerate.
