The Montevideo Area Memory Loss Network (MAMLN) is excited to offer another Free Movie Event on Oct. 22nd! MAMLN will be once again partnering with the Millennium Theater in Montevideo to host this great event! There will be two showings – the first at 2 pm and the second at 6 pm. Seating at the theater is limited, so once capacity is reached, we may have to turn people away! Come early to guarantee your seat.

Two showings of the film Still Mine will be offered at 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., each paired with a unique interactive opportunity to step into the shoes of someone living with dementia.
The Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota’s LSS Meals and Meals on Wheels program has been granted $10,000 by the United Way of Southwest Minnesota (UWSWMN) as a community impact grant. This funding will assist in providing meals for low-income seniors who are unable to contribute financially. This initiative is in line with UWSWMN’s Healthy Communities focus area.
