This performance was made possible by a grant from the Southwest Minnesota Arts Council, giving them the opportunity to bring in Mr. Ross Sutter, singer and musician. Mr. Sutter was with the 5th graders for a week at the beginning of February and helped them build and learn how to play their very own one-string dulcimer. The 5th graders learned various songs and will continue practicing. They will be taking their dulcimers “on tour” to perform for Fieldcrest and the Clarkfield Care Center later next week.
