Last week, the Yellow Medicine East boys varsity basketball team took on Paynesville at home for a 3677 loss. Leaders in the game included Archie LaRose who scored 10 points, followed by Bryce Sneller scoring six points, with 10 rebounds and two steals to add to the team total.

The Yellow Medicine East Girls Varsity Basketball team hosted Lac qui Parle Valley Friday evening for a 36-73 loss. Leaders in the game included Hannah Stark, scoring 10 points, while Alana Almich added another 9 points to the team total.

Week: You’re told to eat as soon as you wake up, but it may lead to weight gain if you’re not hankering for a meal yet. Listen to your body. Try tuning into your natural hunger/satiety signals and have breakfast only once you are truly physically hungry. Your body knows best about how much and when you need to eat. Last Tuesday, the Yellow Medicine East boys basketball team took on the Renville County West Jaguars in Renville for a 62-67 loss. Leaders in the game included Bryce Sneller, who scored 22 points with 13 rebounds, while DJ Whitebuffalo added another 18 points with three 3-pointers to the team total.
Last Tuesday, the Yellow Medicine East girls basketball team took home a Camden Conference victory over Renville County West, 90-50 in Renville. Leaders in the game included Stella Schuler who scored twenty points with six rebounds, while Hannah Stark added 19 points, with a three-pointer, eight rebounds, and six steals to the team total.
