On Thursday evening, the YME boys basketball team defeated Canby 68-65 in a hard-fought game. Leaders in the game included Nikson Knapper, who scored the winning points as the buzzer was blasting in the final seconds of the game along with 17 points, four assists.

The YME girls basketball team defeated RCW 83-56 in an away game last Tuesday evening. Leaders in that game included Ruby Bones who scored 29 points, while Shelby Mortenson added 16 points with seven re bounds and six steals to the team total. Complete scoring from that game follows:
The YME boys basketball team hosted the undefeated Lakers Monday evening, for a 57-89 loss in an actionpacked game. Leaders in that game included Bryce Sneller who scored 12 points with a double-double and 13 rebounds. Nickson Knapper scored another 12 points for the team total while Isaac Jiminez scored 11 points, five assists.
