“The only difference between a flower and a weed is judgement,” says Nicole Zempel. The YES! House hosted a foraging class at their homebase downtown held by Zempel. She has held special classes locally in the past about foraging at the local parks and also how to forage one’s own yard. The class was held on Saturday, March 25th with a full house in attendance.
