Lynette Duis, 38, of Granite Falls passed away on Thursday, October 20, 2022, at her residence. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 26 at 11 a.m. at the Upper Sioux Multi Purpose Building. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service on Wednesday. Arrangements with Wing-Bain Funeral Home.
 Lynette Marilyn Duis was born December 20, 1983, the daughter of Kurtis Duis and Antonette Ross in Shakopee. She attended school in Granite Falls.
 Lynette was very spiritual and embraced the Native ways. She loved her children and enjoyed their visits and time spent together.
 She is survived by her children: Ahmya Duis, Steven Tipton, Hayden Tipton, Lyric Duis, Angel Ross, Raymani Pacheco and Olivia Strong; grandchildren: Matelio Perez-Ross and Ezra Tipton; father Kurtis Duis; brother Daniel Ross; and extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by her mother and significant other Andrew Strong Sr.
