Coach Richter reported, “They boys played another good game tonight. I told them at our practice on Monday that we needed to probably win all our games this week to get out of the play-in game, and they answered the bell! Benny pitched well, got himself in a couple jams, but had a couple big strikeouts to get out of them. Jordan had a huge night going 3-3, three stolen bases, scored twice, made a couple great plays in Center, and came in to get the save. We had a great week of baseball, and with playoffs starting on Friday, July 20th, I hope we can continue playing at a high level.”

Coach Richter reported, “Both Asa and Angel pitched well tonight, we had a solid game defensively, but we just couldn’t get our bats going. This was our last game before we start playoffs, and we will be ready to go on Friday. We had a good week of baseball last week, and we ended up getting the #1 seed for our sub-district playoff tournament. We have some good depth at pitching, so I am hoping we can make deep run in our playoffs.”
