James A. Beito (Jimmy) passed away peacefully on September 23, 2019 at the age of 75. Gravesite service will be held Saturday, October 19, 2019 at 10 am at the Saron Lutheran Cemetery with Pastor Matt Danielson officating. Also on October 19 between 2 - 4 p.m a celebration of life will held at the Prairie’s Edge Casino Resort in Granite Falls.

Jim was born in Granite Falls, Minnesota on October 19, 1943. The son to Arthur & Cora Beito, a successful farmer and dedicated housewife.

He had many great accomplishments in his lifetime but his greatest success and love was his company Insearch Corp, a Tempe based construction company. He started Insearch in March of 1993 with a pick-up and a few bucks in his pocket. Over the years with hard work he grew Insearch into a multimillion dollar company, with numerus pieces of equipment and two sister companies. Eclipse the maintenance division and Galaxy is an aggregate recycling company. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to cancerresearch.org foundation.

Jim was diagnosed with melanoma cancer that metastasized to the brain in 2016. After radiation and immune therapy drugs things were looking positive. Unfortunately when the cancer reappeared earlier this month, it was too aggressive to treat.

Dad was full of life with a huge personality that would light up any room; he will be missed dearly.

He is survived by his wife Penny of 50 plus years, his two children Heather Ondersma & Chad Beito, their spouses and 3 grandchildren; Cole, Camille & Brady and his sister, Deloris Veden.

Jim is preceded in death by his brother Roger and his parents.
